As a direct result of my MFA Thesis and with few experiences in the Hospitality Business in New England, I created my own venture called Juste Tutu.
Juste, as in, just in French - and also which behaves according to justice and fairness.
And Tutu is my nickname, short for Tuyen.
Speaking different languages is like living different lives.
In July 2022, Tuyen and Anne-Fleur Andrle (podcast Queen) launched Mauvaises Langues.

Juste Tutu curates events showcasing multicultural food experiences by gathering people around ephemeral and convivial shared moments.
banh mi + craft beer
Juste Tutu kicked off with a Banh Mi pop up at Lamplighter Brewery in Cambridge, MA! Banh Mi is a delicious Vietnamese sandwich in a French Baguette, stuffed with cold cuts and pickled veggies. A direct heritage from Tuyen’s double culture.
For that occasion a lot of people came to support the event and some friends from France came to help out!

And then shortly after a baby break, the idea grew and continued adding a kids friendly flair!
And Colleen’s ice cream in Medford, MA was the sweet spot!

Juste Tutu is Tuyen’s creative space at the intersection of event + art + design.
More events are coming and they might show up in different forms as long as there is
conviviality + hospitality + togetherness.

During pregnancy, Tuyen found out she had Type II diabetes, and making this granola has worked well on her blood sugar!
Granola is made in small batches and sold from her home residential kitchen
