I oversaw the day to day running of the event, liaising with the venue and all other suppliers, communicating with all participating segments and working closely with the City Day Owner to ensure the event goes off smoothly.

One of the most memorable projects I planned was called 100 COURSE MEAL. This was a one-time event that happened on Sept 17, 2013, and was one of my last significant work projects with SunGard, a financial software company.
As an event planner, I had many occasions to organize cooking workshops in order to create a bond between clients and vendors. But for this project our intention was different. We were not selling products or raising the usual “brand awareness.”
The sole objective was to create a memorable moment for our key clients, as a thank you for their loyalty.
 

This extraordinary feast was held in a secret location in NYC
(a location revealed at the last minute with a password). About 40 C-level customers gathered for three hours to eat a gigantic meal. All of the courses were displayed and visible, so small groups of ten could see what they were going to eat. This created anticipation and an expectation of the experience to come. Food at this event was an excuse for networking, sharing conversation and building memories.

The GL NET Forum was a dynamic one-day event uniting the international financial community in a discussion of industry trends and product innovations while interacting with financial leaders from around the globe. The event was held at the Brewery in London, UK.
